OEM-Independent
We take over repairs once your manufacturer's warranty expires. We also take over repairs when the OEM elects to no longer support service and repair of specific generations of equipment that still have years of use left in them.

We are incentivized to reduce the severity and frequency of repairs and extend the life of your equipment; we are not incentivized to deem your equipment unrepairable to sell you a replacement or the next generation of equipment.
